With nearly 30 years of experience at top law firms and innovative in-house legal departments in New York, and now, Florida, Michael has devoted his practice to helping clients solve legal problems that are too important to trust to the run of the mill attroneys. Recent cases involve assisting the founder in incorporating private provider of building inspection services, in preparing contracts for business use and negotiating book contracts with publisher on behalf of author.
Corporate Dissolution & Shareholder Derivative
Recently prosecuted shareholder derivative and corporate dissolution actions on behalf of shareholder in a closely-held corporation.
Breach of Contract
Recently prosecuted a fraud and breach of contract action against licensor of patented medical technology that misrepresented regulatory status of that technology.

Recent case involved constrcuting a defense for a non-prime auto lender in consumer finance litigations.
