Michael De Simone has 30 year of experience in business litigation in both New York City and West Palm Beach. A graduate of New York University and Cornell Law School, Michael has managing several large corporate class actions and other complex litigation’s. Michael has been responsible for internal investigations, regulatory investigations, regulatory compliance, and designing and implementing policies concerning TCPA compliance and the optional products program. Michael has demonstrated experience in mortgage litigation, especially TCPA class and individual actions and lender-placed insurance class actions.

Experience has taught him that successful commercial litigators must evaluate the merits of a dispute and listen to their client to determine how best to prosecute or defend against a claim. Because of commercial litigation’s complexity, sound judgment and strategic decision making are the two most critical skills and Michael clearly is in possession of them.

Michael’s clients get the benefit of his expertise and experience at rates that big firms can’t match. Further, Michael has experience with structuring alternative fee arrangements and will work with a client to find fee structure that works.
